Spiced Roasted Chickpeas
If you are like me, you love the perfect pop in your mouth snack food to nibble on while watching a good tv show or movie. Well I have just the thing to make you say...yummmmy.
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) are an incredible sources of protein. They are packed with flavor and can be used in some many recipes. Below is a great snack recipe for you to try. 1 can chickpeas (rinsed and thoroughly dried)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, add chickpeas to baking sheet and coat with oil, smoked paprika, and salt. Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Let chickpeas cool and ENJOY!!
